PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence display device having a touch sensor and a method for fabricating thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and time by manufacturing an additional touch panel and attaching it the cap of an organic EL display device. CONSTITUTION: A thin-film transistor array part(15) is formed on a base substrate. An organic electric field light array unit(20) is arranged on the thin-film transistor array part. The organic electric field light array unit has organic luminous cells in matrix. First sensor patterns(54) are arranged on the bottom of the substrate.
