FIELD: radio engineering; cellular radio communication systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method for providing information about system capacity includes following procedures: communication system whose frequency band provider responsible for given frequency band of system 100 assigns different portions of given frequency band to respective private users determines availability parameter and traffic parameter, and information about capacity is transferred to private user; this information includes frequency band availability parameters and traffic parameter.
