PURPOSE: An internet phone which functions as a mobile storage device is provided to store an internet phone program in a storage unit, thereby using an internet phone without installing a separate internet phone program in a computer. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(101) stores an internet phone program executed in a computer(20). A USB(Universal Serial Bus) sound signal controller(102) is connected to the computer by a USB connection unit(12). A sound signal processing unit(103) outputs the data to a speaker(14) after a voice of speech data of the other party is processed. The sound signal processing unit generates a voice of a user by call data by a microphone(15). The sound signal processing unit processes a ring signal received from the USB sound signal controller.
