<p>The device has a vertical axle (3) that is fixed in a vertical yoke (1), where the vertical axle is engaged in a tube (4). The tube is fixed to a handle (5) of a slingshot. A housing (6) is molded in the handle. A counterweight (2) is fixed horizontally from a center of the yoke towards front of the slingshot, where the counterweight receives a mobile or fixed screwed system. The vertical axle and the yoke are moved in a horizontal direction.</p>
