The arrangement (10) has an exterior wall and a lock (22) that is opened by control of a lever (30). An inertia device (36) locks the lever in case of impact. The lever is provided mobile between a locking position and an unlocking position. A finger (38) of the inertia device is mobile between an inactive position in which the finger is far away from the lever, and an active position in which the finger is interposed along the lever to prevent the lever from the unlocking position.
