The apparatus has a flexible body that is formed in shape of a spindle, and an axial hole (2) formed in the body, where a rear part of the apparatus includes a rotary handle. The body includes a right or left rotating spindle slope that is processed in change-over and equal direction. The spindle slope is perpendicularly or angularly arranged for a cross section surface of the body. The body is roundly, elliptically and polygonally or permanently and crinkly formed in a cross section, where the body is made of silicon, plastic and flexible material.
