PURPOSE: A structure for radiating heat from an LED lamp using skived fin is provided to minimize the thickness of each fin by shaping the top side of a supporting plate in a certain interval between them. CONSTITUTION: A reflector of a skirt shape is formed on both sides in lower part of an aluminium supporting plate(1). A supporting substrate(4) including a plurality of LEDs on the bottom of the supporting plate. Heat sinks having pins of a round shape which are consecutively are arranged in a certain interval between them. The center of each pin has punched to form a mounting hole. A control substrate(7) is mounted on the mounting hole and operates the plural LED. |
