PURPOSE: A color sanding method for coating glass-frames using aluminum oxide abrasives is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and process times using aluminum oxide instead of glass powders. CONSTITUTION: A color sanding method for coating glass-frames using aluminum oxide abrasives comprises following steps. A glass frame is sanded in a sanding chamber body(1) using aluminum oxide abrasives, so that the glass frame has a two-toned color in following electro color coating steps. The aluminum oxide abrasives comprises Al2O3(Alumina) 99.6%, SiO2(Silicon Dioxide) 0.02%, Fe2O3(Iron Oxide) 0.03%, and Na2O(Sodium Oxide) 0.2%.
