PURPOSE: A device for connecting a wiper arm and a wiper blade is provided to prevent an adapter from being adhered to the inner side of a cutting part by controlling the rotation of the adapter. CONSTITUTION: A device for connecting a wiper arm and a wiper blade comprises a hinge(12) and an adapter(22). The hinge is formed in the other side of a wiper arm(10) connected to a wiper arm head(11) for receiving torque. The adapter is formed on the top end of a wiper blade(20) and is coupled to the hinge of the wiper arm. The hinge has a retainer(122) with a pin(124).
