<p>An apparatus and system are disclosed for a fuel receiver 10. The apparatus includes a base 20 having an inlet 16 and an outlet 18 that defines an interior channel 29 through which fluid is flowable. The apparatus also includes a first valve 40 movable relative to the base 20 between a closed position and an open position allowing fluid flow through the inlet 16. The apparatus also includes a second valve 402 independently movable relative to the base 20 and the first valve 40, the second valve 402 movable between a closed position and an open position allowing fluid flow through the inlet 16. The system includes the apparatus, and a fluid reservoir or tank in fluid communication with the apparatus.</p>
