METHOD FOR THE DIFFERENTIATION OF STEM CELLS INTO VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL CELLS AND INDUCTION OF ANGIOGENESIS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for differentiating to vascular cells by culturing stem cells in three-dimensional cell cluster is provided to overexpress vascularization promoting factor and to efficiently induce the differentiation. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating stem cells to vascular cells comprises: a step of adhering stem cells on a culture container of which surface has hydrophobicity; a step of detaching stem cells from the container and forming three dimensional cell cluster; a step of proliferating the cells in three dimensional cell cluster; and a step of differentiating to vascular cells. A composition for treating vascular diseases or wound contains the cell cluster and culture medium thereof as an active ingredient.
