PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling deconstruction equipment for a concrete structure by monitoring an environmental factor in real time are provided to detect vibration, noise, or dust occurred from deconstruction equipment. CONSTITUTION: A device(200) for controlling deconstruction equipment for a concrete structure by monitoring an environmental factor in real time comprises a wireless sensor, a wireless receiver(220), an environmental standard setting unit(230), a comparison unit(240), a statistical analysis unit(250), a memory(260), a remote control unit(270), an alarming unit, and a display unit. The wireless sensor senses vibration, noise, and dust occurred from deconstruction equipment and generates a measuring signal. The wireless receiver wirelessly receives the measuring signal. The environmental standard setting unit sets an environmental base value. The comparison unit compares the received measuring signal with the set environmental base value. The statistical analysis unit analyzes compared data.
