PURPOSE: A conductivity touch pen is provided to enable a user to perform rapid and accurate operation such as touch and writing, drawing and dragging without using a finger. CONSTITUTION: A user maintains a pen body unit(110) for touch. A contact tip(120) selects a characteristic, folder, and an image which is displayed on a touch screen by changing the magnetic field formed between electronic elements by being contacted on the touch screen. A rotation unit(130) connects the pen body part and the contact tip. The rotation unit rotates the contact tip to random direction from the pen body part.
