A guiding roller for narrow band saws includes two pairs of bearings, the outer pair of which is installed by means of an adapter sleeve on the internal pair of bearings, the latter ones are located on the axle, one support of which is a spherical bearing, and the second support is a threaded sleeve with diametrical adjusting bolts. An external rear bearing has a lock groove, in which a thrust collar is located which is made as two semirings and one continuous ring with ceramic-coated work surface, and the roller body from the rear side is closed with a cap. |
