A floating system for deepwater production of hydrogen sulfide from sea water containing interconnected a floating platform and a system of production of hydrogen sulfide submerged at the production depth, flexible connections, a concrete anchor, a vertical pipe system equipped with the system of production of hydrogen sulfide, a line for pumping degassed water with a pump, a system for collecting hydrogen sulfide, a filtration system of hydrogen sulfide. To ensure deepwater production of hydrogen sulfide and its processing in areas with severe weather conditions on main sea in a continuous mode, the concrete anchor is made in the form of a bottom foundation mass connected with the floating system in the form of a sea platform of high wave resistance composed of three demountable modules, i.e. a dock-pontoon, piers and a platform-factory stretched by vertical flexible links with a set of stepwise anchor pontoons step-wisely mounted thereon. The vertical piping system is made in the form of segments installed through the holes in anchor pontoons. The step-wise system of extraction of hydrogen sulphide is made in the form of a set of systems of stepped pressure reduction, stepped separation and stepped collection of hydrogen sulfide, and each stage has the elements of the systems composed of a pump, an expansion turbine with DC electric generator and an element of the system of hydrogen sulfide collection. |
