<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver petroleum from a designated petroleum store by settling a price by reserving purchase from a consumer at a retail store such as a convenience store, a supermarket, and a department store. <P>SOLUTION: This petroleum selling system has a card issuing processing device 1 arranged in the retail store A of various commodities, and issuing a petroleum purchase card 9 for offering the purchase of the petroleum by specifying the consumer, a petroleum selling processing machine 2 similarly arranged in the retail store A of the various commodities, and settling the price by inputting purchase reserving information by inserting the issued petroleum purchase card 9 by the consumer, a communication means 3 for transferring the purchase reserving information inputted to this petroleum selling processing machine 2 to the designated petroleum store B, and an information processor 4 arranged in the petroleum store B, and executing processing for selling the petroleum by taking in the transferred purchase reserving information.
