PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distributing member capable of improving the adhesive strength for filling material, with respect to a resin-molded portion. SOLUTION: A grain portion C is made for at least slant surfaces 24A, 24B that are formed on both sides and an inner side surface 21U in the resin mold portion 20. As compared with the case where the surfaces are smooth without irregularities, the adhesive strength of a filling material S filled in an attachment portion 40 to the resin mold portion 20 is enhanced. Moreover, the part where the grain portion C is made is formed in the slant surfaces 24A, 24B, and this enables embossing of the grain portion C on both upper/lower surfaces 21B and both lead-through surfaces 21A, where irregularities have conventionally been difficult to form.
