PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously provide power for driving a main spindle and power for indexing a tool used by outputting unitary power. SOLUTION: A tool rest clutch reduction gear is used for outputting power to a main spindle connector, and includes a sliding gear shaft, a reduction gear mechanism, a movement drive unit, and a transmission main spindle. The sliding gear shaft is driven by the movement drive unit and the transmission main spindle, slidingly moves in the axial direction, turns, and provides power. Also, a gear is provided in the sliding gear shaft, and engaged with either of the reduction gear mechanism and the main spindle connector selected according to the sliding movement position of the sliding gear shaft. Thus, the tool rest clutch reduction gear is engaged with the reduction gear mechanism, or the upper part of the main spindle connector on the basis of the selection, and power with two different kinds of rotational speeds can be outputted by a single transmission main spindle.
