PURPOSE: A polyoxyalkylation of a starting material is provided to prepare a short chain polyether polyol of which hydroxy value is 300-500. CONSTITUTION: A polyoxyalkylation of a starting material comprises: a step of setting oxyalkylation condition under the presence of double metal cyanide catalyst in an oxyalkylation reactor; a step of sequentially introducing the starting material to the reactor; and a step of collecting polyether polyol product.
