PURPOSE: A stretching and a muscle reinforce machine using an elasticity band by effectively arranging a band and a pulley is provided to supply various exercise effect by pulling out the elasticity band. CONSTITUTION: A stretching and muscle reinforce machine includes a stage(10), a fixed post(20), a slide post, a pair of forward direction pulleys, a lower pulley(25), a support ring, an upper pulley and an elasticity band. The stage has the stage pulley in the front side. A slide supporter is inserted into the fixing branch. A plurality of pillar loops is separated in front side of the rigid support. The support ring is installed in of the second horizontal blade. |
