PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect preference of users on compression data to be returned to an information generating device.

SOLUTION: The information processing system includes: an information generating device for generating multimedia data; and an information processor communicable with the information generating device. The information processor includes: a data reception means for receiving multimedia data generated by the information generating device; a compression means that compresses the multimedia data received by the data reception means according to the operation of users through the information generating device; and a compression data transmission means that transmits the compression data compressed by the compression means to the information generating device. The information generating device includes a memory processing means for storing the compression data transmitted from the compression data transmission means.
