<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which prevents occurrence of iridescent unevenness without spoiling transparency and which has no precipitation of an oligomer. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film 10 has a polymer layer 12 on one surface of a support 11 consisting of biaxially stretched polyester and has a transparent conductive layer 13 on the polymer layer 12. A difference between the refractive index η1 of the support 11 and the refractive index η2 of the polymer layer 12: ¾η1-η2¾ is made 0.02 or below. The polymer layer 12 includes particles of metal oxide having the refractive index ηP of ≥1.80 and a binder holding the particles and having the refractive index ηB of ≥1.60.
