The system has a turbine (4) provided with a suction inlet (5) and a discharge outlet (9). A control unit (7) comprises control buttons (15, 16) that allow an operator to control automatic switching of operation of the system between a suction mode and a blowing mode. A pipe (2) is connected to the suction inlet through a debris/dust retention unit (6) when the system is in the suction mode. The pipe is connected to the discharge outlet when the system is in the blowing mode. The control unit controls operation of an actuator (14) i.e. electric actuator.
