摘要 <p>The commercial technological process of production of aspirin is taking place without excess of reactants (disadvantage of process). The optimum dosage of two reactants should be determined. It is known that the ratio of reactants exerts a strong influence on the speed of reaction or its productivity. By determining the chemical kinetics for aspirin it was found out that both reactants - salicylic acid and anhydride of acetic acid - had be dosed at the ratio 1:1,5 (or the flow ratio 100 mol : 150 mol for the batch operation and 100 mol : 150 mol for the continuous operation), so that the productivity of aspirin was for 5 % higher at already known commercial conditions (pressure 1 bar, temperature 25 degrees Celsius). Thus the technological process was improved, as more product was obtained.</p>
