PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an idle stop capable of continuously driving a compressor in a refrigerating vehicle. SOLUTION: When the vehicle travels, a convertor supplies an output of a standard voltage 280 V to an invertor driving the compressor on the basis of an output of a generator, and when the vehicle is stopped from a traveling state at an intersection at a clock time t0, the output voltage of the convertor is gradually changed to a voltage 220 V corresponding to a battery, and a first switch SW1 is turned on to connect the battery to the invertor at a clock time t2. As the output of the convertor and the battery voltage are equal to each other, the input voltage of the invertor is not changed even if an engine is stopped thereafter, and the compressor can be stably continuously driven. When the vehicle is restarted, the first switch SW1 is turned off to disconnect the battery and the invertor, after the engine is started on the basis of a command of an engine control device and the convertor is kept in an output state, and then the output voltage of the convertor is gradually changed to the standard voltage.
