PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for warming fruit which warms a single fruit or a bunch of fruits separately, and with which a bearing fruit can be economically warmed with relatively small time and labor when the temperature falls. SOLUTION: The cover for warming fruit is structured as follows: a cover body 1 comprises a bag-like soft cover or a box-like cover enabling protection of the fruit even from outside force; the bag-like warming cover is provided with a bag body made of heat-insulating sheet, and a waterproofing flexible sheet heating element loaded on the inside surface of the bag body; the box-like warming cover includes resin foam molded bodies put together to be formed into a box having a spherical shape or a short cylindrical shape, and waterproofing sheet heating elements individualy loaded on the inner surfaces of the resin foam molded bodies. The sheet heating element preferably has such a structure that a carbonized cloth obtained by carbonizing a cloth via dry distillation is put between waterproofing sheets.
