PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound that has high thermal stability, can easily be produced, and has high ion conductivity. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by formula (1). In formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>represent a methylene group respectively, or a substituted or unsubstituted 2-20C alkylene group, Z represents an ionic functional group, m and n represent an integer of 0 to 5 respectively, satisfying 1≤n+m≤5, and p represents an integer of 1 to 100.
