摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to medical devices for constant placement in patient's body, and is intended for prevention of formation of bio-film, connected with the said device, and penetration of microorganisms into patient's body. Claimed is device and method for prevention of formation of bio-film, connected with device of constant placement. Method lies in formation of superficial acoustic waves by means of plate piezoelectric resonator, fluctuating with frequencies of the second and higher harmonics in range from 0.02 to 50 MHz on surfaces of medical device of constant placement in patient's body. Said plate piezoelectric resonator can contain bimorphic element, which contains piezoceramic layer and metal layer. Device includes plate piezoelectric resonator, made with possibility to generate superficial acoustic waves, fluctuating with frequencies of the second and higher harmonics in range from 0.02 to 50 MHz surfaces of medical device of constant placement in patient's body.
