PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side door structure restraining bending of a belt line reinforcement toward the inside in the vehicle width direction. SOLUTION: Both end faces 24A, 24B of the belt line reinforcement 24 are formed into an inclined face spreading in such a direction that they separate from each other as they go toward the outside in the vehicle width direction (a truncated chevron shape in a plane view). The frontal collision load of the vehicle is dispersed to the rear side and outer side of the vehicle to cause the moment working to deform the belt line reinforcement 24 toward the outside of the vehicle when it is buckling-deformed, thus restraining bending of the belt line reinforcement 24 toward the inside in the vehicle width direction.
