PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for changing a cutting blade which easily improves cutting efficiency. SOLUTION: A holding means 210 for holding a plurality of one end sides in an axial direction of an axis part 130A(130B) holding an upper blade used for cutting a material to be cut in a cutting machine body 10. Processing for changing the upper blade by detachably attaching an upper blade to the axis part 130A(130B) that requires a relative long time can be executed during cutting processing. An interrupting time for next cutting requires only a time for changing the axis part 130A(130B). Therefore, a time till the next cutting is executed by the cutting machine body 10 is reduced.
