PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match a binding position and the direction of an image formed on a paper, even when a second binder binds at a position different from the position where a first binder binds a paper bundle. SOLUTION: A paper processing device 3 of an image forming device 1 includes a stapleless binding device 60 as the second binder on the downstream side in the paper carriage direction of an eject roll 39 carrying the paper bundle and on the paper carriage passage in a second post-processing device 50. When stapleless binding processing is performed, the stapleless binding device 60 binds at the end portion of the paper bundle on the most downstream side in the paper carriage direction. Further, a control section 4 of an image forming device 2 controls in such a way that an image processing section 5 rotates an image to be formed on the paper 180° compared to the time when a stapler 40 as the first binder performs a binding processing.
