<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unfailingly prevent an earth fault accident caused by washing with water. <P>SOLUTION: A direction in which a pressured water W is jetted to clean a bushing 101 is defined as a cleaning direction, and each of directions other than the cleaning direction is defined as a non-cleaning direction. The apparatus of the present invention comprises a nozzle 2 having a jetting hole 20 for jetting the pressured water W and a control cylinder 3 that upholds the nozzle 2 so as to face the non-cleaning direction when the pressured water W is not supplied, and swivels the nozzle 2 progressively toward the cleaning direction as the pressured water W is supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
