<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing function for a cellular phone capable of easily writing sentences even with eyes closed. <P>SOLUTION: Input buttons are arranged best so as to simultaneously prepare an alarm function and a writing function which are easy to use even without eyesight. The two functions cannot be used unless the positions of the input buttons are clearly confirmed. The alarm function becomes easy to be used when upper, lower, left and right sides are quickly confirmed. For the writing function, when a determination button is placed at a center point and the input buttons are increased while determining the upper, lower, left and right sides matched with the condition, all the positions of the buttons are clear, and four rooms are created by equally dividing the shape of the alarm function into four simultaneously.
