The fly-wheel (V) has reinforcement (AM) comprising a peripheral part (PP) coated with an enveloping trim (GA). A resistant band (CD) is fixed in vicinity of a portion of the peripheral part in a masked manner by the trim, and is separated from the trim in order to cut the trim for disintegration of the reinforcement. An opening is formed so as to allow passage of an end of a punch, and is defined at a level of connection between a round part of the peripheral part of the reinforcement and a branch. The reinforcement is made of metallic material i.e. magnesium. The resistant band is made of material chosen in a group including metal, synthetic material i.e. expanded polypropylene, and natural material.
