PURPOSE: A kindergarten and the elementary school multimedia audio-visual English education which uses an internet protocol television(IPTV) is provided to install a set-top box, thereby providing English education of native pronunciation with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: An internet protocol television(IPTV) and open service save expensive private educational expenses. The IPTV provides a practical English class in which a learner is able to listen and speak English through a wide screen. A set top box is included in order to provide the English class with native pronunciation. The set top box helps individual repetitive education without a time restriction. E-learning business is able to make a new profit model by providing a subscription-based English content.
