The plate has spacing elements (7) arranged at multiple side surfaces (4', 4'') and made of metal e.g. plastic material or stainless metal. Total length of the spacing elements is less than 5 percent of length of the side surfaces. The spacing elements are in cuboid form, cruciform and point-like form. The spacing elements are provided with a cylindrical head of a fastening part with diameter of 6 mm. The cylindrical head is provided with an accommodating device that accommodates an appropriate screwing tool for mounting a bolt of the spacing elements to a perforated plate edge.
