The invention describes a wind turbine (100) comprising a tower (1), a nacelle (3), a main shaft (41), a hub (4) and blades (5), wherein the wind turbine (100) further comprises a liquid medium distribution system for transport of liquid medium in the wind turbine (100), which liquid medium distribution system comprises a first distribution sub-system (10) located in the tower (1), a second distribution sub-system (30) located in the nacelle (3), a third distribution sub-system (50) located in the hub (4), a tower-nacelle-interface (20, 20a) connecting the first distribution sub-system (10) to the second distribution sub-system (30), and a nacelle-hub-interface (40) connecting the second distribution sub-system (30) to the third distribution sub-system (50). Moreover the invention describes a method of transporting liquid medium in a wind turbine (100). |
