PURPOSE: A smart window device is provided to simplify a power supply system by omitting a separate power supply device. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery(110) converts solar light into DC(Direct Current) power. A power converting unit(120) converts the DC power into driving power. An electrochromic device(200) changes a color by the driving power. An input unit(150) generates a first input signal for controlling the power converting unit. A control unit(160) applies the driving power to the electrochromic device according to the first input signal which is controlled by the power converting unit. |
