<p>PURPOSE: A radiation-curable adhesive composition is provided to be easily separated from an object by relatively low radiation dose and easy release force, and to restrain the contamination to an object due to separation. CONSTITUTION: A radiation-curable adhesive composition comprises a base polymer comprising one or more kinds of a unit structure having polymerizable carbon double bond selected from an acryloyl group, and a methacryloyl group. The composition additionally comprises a group contributing to radiation-curing, having a polymerizable carbon double bond same with the monomer. The base polymer additionally comprises a unit structure originated from the monomer having the group contributing to the radiation-curing. The unit structure is contained in the side chain of the base polymer.</p> |
