PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode in which a power supply wire structure is improved is provided to form the thickness of a power supply wire thickly in order to stand a high current by forming the power supply wire on the exterior of a domain of a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(2) comprises a first electrode and a second electrode. A light emitting layer is sandwiched in between the first electrode and the second electrode. A sealing member(12) is attached to a substrate(11) and seals the display unit in a gap. A first pad(51) is connected with the first electrode. A second pad(52) is connected with the second electrode. A first power supply wire(41) interlinks an input terminal unit and the first pad at the exterior of a domain of the sealing member of the substrate. A second power supply wire(42) interlinks the input terminal unit and the second pad at the exterior of the domain of the sealing member of the substrate.
