OPTICAL MODULATOR USING MULTIPLE FABRY-PEROT RESONANT MODES AND 3D IMAGE ACQUISITION APPARATUS

<p>PURPOSE: An optical modulator using multiple Fabry-Perot resonant modes and a 3D image obtaining device with the same are provided to obtain a high contrast ratio and a wide bandwidth, thereby obtaining stable performance despite a change of a resonant wavelength due to external conditions. CONSTITUTION: An active layer(120) is arranged on a lower reflecting layer. The active layer is made of multiple quantum well layers. An upper reflecting layer(130) is arranged on the active layer. One or more cavity layers(132) are arranged on the upper reflecting layer. A first upper reflecting layer(131) is arranged on the active layer. The cavity layer is arranged on the first upper reflecting layer. A second upper reflecting layer(133) is arranged on the cavity layer.</p>
