PURPOSE: A flange type workpiece fixing chuck is provided to prevent vibration by improving fixing force through a magnetic force fixing unit and a collet. CONSTITUTION: A flange type workpiece fixing chuck(1) comprises a body(10), a collet(20), and a magnetic force fixing unit(40). An insertion hole(12) is formed in the center portion of the body. The collet is inserted in the insertion hole and fixes a workpiece secondarily. The magnetic force fixing unit is installed in one side of a front end of the body where the insertion hole is not formed and fixes a workpiece initially.
