PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high-chromium and low-carbon stainless steel is provided to determine an oxygen blowing end of an oxygen blowing machine by calculating a combustion ratio using the ratio of CO2(Carbon Dioxide) and CO(Carbon Monoxide). CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing high-chromium and low-carbon stainless steel is as follows. Oxygen is blown. An oxygen blowing end point is determined by calculating a secondary combustion ratio of oxygen blowing/decarburizing period of stainless steel. When oxygen blowing end point is processed, the oxygen blowing is stopped. |
