<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comment management system in which a point can be appropriately imparted to a comment. <P>SOLUTION: A comment management system comprises a comment management server device 11 and a second terminal device 13. The comment management server device 11 includes a confirmation comment transmission section 1105 which transmits a comment from a first terminal device 12 to the second terminal device 13 of a user who has provided corresponding browsing related information, and a point management section 1108 which moves a point designated beforehand from a point of a user who has transmitted received comment information indicating a comment received by the user of the second terminal device 13, among transmitted comments, to a point of a user of the first terminal device 12 who has transmitted the comment indicated by the received comment information.
