PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to prevent assembling error by differently forming the height of bottom parts in order to differentiate between a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises: an electrode assembly formed by winding a first and a second electrode plates in which an uncoated part is respectively formed, and a separator inserted between the first, and the second electrode plates; a case having an upper opening part, accepting the electrode assembly; an electrode terminals projected through the outside case, connected to the electrode assembly; and a cap plate sealing the upper opening part, comprising a cap assembly. A part of the electrode assembly is removed by at least one electrode plate uncoated part. A bending part is formed in at least one side to correspond with the electrode assembly. |
