PURPOSE: A soundproof wall structure is provided to extend a service life by preventing a rear upper panel from being separated from a front panel. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall structure comprises a rear panel(10), a front panel(20), and a sound absorbing material(30). The rear panel has a latching panel(121) and a reinforcement groove(131). The front panel has a U-shaped latching piece(22) and a reinforcement protrusion(231). The U-shaped latching piece is hung on the latching panel of the rear panel. The reinforcement protrusion is fixed to the reinforcement groove of the rear panel using a lever(28). The sound absorbing material is formed between the front surface of the rear panel and the rear surface of the front panel.
