PURPOSE: A vehicle pneumatic tire is provided to improve driving force by reducing unnecessary friction between a tire and the ground. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle pneumatic tire comprises a tread(1), a sidewall, a bead portion. Concave parts are formed in the center portion of a tread. The contact portion of a tread is formed in 60° gradient based on the ground. The tread comprises horizontal blocks(12, 13). The concave parts(11) of the rectangular shape are formed between a center portion and a side wall and have determined interval in vertical direction.
