#CMT# #/CMT# The circuit has an oil pipe (18) connecting an oil tank (16) and lubricating chambers (10, 12, 14) arranged in a parallel manner. An oil supply pump (26) is arranged in the pipe between the chambers for taking oil from the oil tank and transferring the oil towards an antifriction bearing of a turbomachine. A pressurizing valve (32) is arranged in the pipe between the pump and the chambers, and opened beyond predetermined threshold pressure at its inlet. A closure type bypass pipe (34) connects the inlet of the valve with one of the chambers for supplying oil to a pressurized squeeze film. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for supplying oil to antifriction bearings of a turbomachine. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Circuit for supplying oil to pressurized squeeze films in antifriction bearings e.g. front and rear ball bearings or roller bearings, of a turbomachine (claimed) e.g. twin-spool turbine engine or ducted-fan turbine engine in aeronautical field. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The configuration of the supply circuit enables reducing the number of new equipments to be installed, so as to reduce the global mass of the supply circuit, while limiting the failure risk of the supply circuit. The supply circuit is configured such that the pressurizing valve is opened and maintains the threshold pressure in the lubricating chambers when the threshold pressure is attained, thus assuring supply of oil to the pressurized squeeze films in the antifriction bearings at high and regulated pressure level, from a low operating rate i.e. sub-idle rate, of the turbomachine, and hence assuring lubrication and cooling of the squeeze films in antifriction bearings, while assuring damping of vibration generated by rotation of rotating shafts supported by the antifriction bearings. The pressurizing valve has simple design, and is inexpensive.
