ALUMINUM FORM COATING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for coating aluminum foam are provided to prevent the waste of materials by recycling coating liquid except for the coating liquid applied to the aluminum foam. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for coating aluminum foam includes a curtain flow housing(120) and a remaining coating liquid collecting tank(130). Aluminum foam(101) is arranged on the upper sides of a plurality of transferring rollers(110) which rotate based on a driving unit. The curtain flow housing drops coating liquid in the form of curtain flow on the upper surface of the aluminum foam. The remaining coating liquid collecting tank is arranged at the lower side of the curtain flow housing. The remaining coating liquid collecting tank collects the dropped coating liquid. A coating liquid supplying pipe(145) and a coting liquid supplying pump(147) are further prepared between the remaining coating liquid collecting tank and the curtain flow housing to supply the collected coating liquid in the remaining coating liquid collecting tank to the curtain flow housing.
