<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact structure and micro relay that can prevent fastening between contact points even when soft metal is used as materials of the contact point. <P>SOLUTION: In a contact structure, a fixed contact point 1 and a movable contact point 2 come into contact with and separate from each other and current is supplied under a stable contact state thereof. When the movable contact point 2 comes into contact with the fixed contact point 1, through a stage that the movable contact point 2 comes into contact with the fixed contact point 1 while inclined with respect to the fixed contact point 1, contact sites 3a of both the contact points under the stable contact state are not coincident with contact sites 3b of both the contact points before the state reaches the stable contact state. Accordingly, the force applied to one point under collision at the contact time can be dispersed, so that fastening of the contact points can be suppressed when soft metal is used as the materials of the contact points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
